I was raised by deaf parents, which gave me a unique perspective on communication, connection, and how people navigate the world. That experience shaped how I lead, how I solve problems, and how I support others through change. It also led me to my first career as a speech-language pathologist, helping children and families find their voices.
I went on to build and sell a multi-million dollar therapy company from the ground up. Over the years, I've led teams, grown scalable systems, and navigated both the messy middle and the big moments of success. Today, I use that experience to help other founders, leaders, and service-based businesses grow with clarity and purpose.
I'm known for my soft heart and grounded presence. I ask thoughtful questions, help people get clear on what really matters, and make strategy feel approachable and doable.
